Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21 years old or older.
• 2+ years of related delivery/driver experience; advanced education may substitute.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to use GPS and read maps in English.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most efficient route for each delivery.
• Check totes for completeness before departure.
• Deliver to facilities in a timely manner.
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
• Pickup returns and refused medications following safety protocols.
• Complete all paperwork at shift end with accuracy.
• Maintain a pleasant, respectful demeanor with clients.
• Collaborate with team during special tasks and flexible shifts.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Complete deliveries within shift time while obeying traffic laws.
• Follow patient privacy rules precisely.
