Responsibilities

• Carry out health care and homemaker tasks per care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulating.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Assist with medications reminders and accompanying to medical appointments.
