Job summary

Two Caring Hands Private Home Care LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients at home. Shifts include 5pm-9pm Monday through Friday, with weekend hours 10am-9pm, and transportation is required to reach clients.

You will assist with personal hygiene, basic health tasks, light housekeeping, and coordinate with nurses and other care professionals. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must provide references.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good personal hygiene and ability to do light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Help with general light housekeeping.
• Make transportation arrangements as needed.
• Work with a nurse, personal care aide, CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.
• Observe and report on patient condition.
• Keep up with in-service training.
