Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 14-year-old male, in a home setting in New Stanton, PA. This part-time evening role offers consistent hours and a chance to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily life.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living, communicate with the family and care team, and deliver pediatric-focused care. Training will be provided; CPR preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver pediatric care in a private home setting.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with family and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 private duty care for a 14-year-old male child.
• Support daily routines and activities.
• Document and report care provided to supervisor and family.
