Job summary

Kids for the Future in Orange, CA is seeking a Plating Operator to manually operate plating and wet process machines, monitor chemical baths, and adjust speeds and chemistry to maintain product quality and process stability.

The role is a second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). Experience in the printed circuit industry and ability to follow procedures are required; ITAR compliance applies for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in the printed circuit industry.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Requires second shift hours 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Wet Process and supporting equipment with little or no supervision.
• Make set-up decisions conforming to customer specifications.
• Evaluate and discontinue processing of non-conforming product.
• Maximize productivity.
• Work scheduled overtime as needed.
• Complete cross training in all Wet area Process.
