Job summary

Brookview (ALF) in Farmville, Virginia, is seeking a caring caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities in a warm, family-like environment. This full-time role offers evening shifts (3pm–11pm) with shift differentials, and competitive pay starting at $13.00 per hour, up to $14.86 per hour where applicable.

Qualifications include a valid PCA or Nurse Aide certificate and current CPR certification; prior senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team oriented.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, light housekeeping, and social activities.
