Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for a part-time Patient Server at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Shifts from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with rotating weekends. No prior experience required.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with online applications accepted. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pickup, special requests, and in-between meal service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, patient-centered food service and tray delivery.
• Take patient menu selections before meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Ensure accuracy of diet details and food requests with nursing staff.
• Assemble trays according to menu, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment and follow safety rules.
