Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare designated items as directed in a sanitary, timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Attend shifts and work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Assist in restocking and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with banquet prep and plating, weekly brunches.
