Sway is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for the Evening Shift/PM to support overnight warehouse operations in New York, Ridgewood. You will be sorting, scanning, labeling, and moving packages, ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments.

This hands-on role offers growth into lead or full-time positions as the team expands. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries.
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries.
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed.
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.
