Sway in New York, NY is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for the morning shift. This hands-on, fast-paced role focuses on sorting, scanning, labeling, and moving packages to support daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

You will maintain inventory records, assist with pickups and deliveries, and help improve warehouse efficiency. The position offers growth into lead or full-time roles as the team expands, with PTO eligibility for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries.
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries.
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed.
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.
