Job summary

Batesville in Franklin, MA, is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate to support evening truck loading. The role features a flexible afternoon/evening schedule, with shifts typically from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, and pays approximately $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include inspecting items for quality, unloading shipments safely, maintaining a clean workspace, and using basic warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to drive a truck within facility confines and learn to spot trailers.
• Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and products up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspection of each unit to ensure quality.
• Unload inbound caskets quickly, accurately, safely, and damage-free.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform various warehouse duties as requested.
• Operate various powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties may be assigned.
