Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Williamsburg, Virginia. This part-time evening role supports one-to-one and small-group ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, delivering compassionate, family-centered therapy.

You'll collect data, maintain privacy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing professional development. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow in clinical practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• At least 18+ years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per BCBA treatment plan.
• Record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Accurately record appointments and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and HIPAA confidentiality policies.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress and needs.
