Temple-Health's Episcopal Campus in Philadelphia seeks a Part-Time Patient Access Clerk to ensure accurate patient registration across admissions, outpatient, radiology, and emergency areas. Evening shift, 16 hours per week, on-site at 100 East Lehigh Ave.

You will verify insurance coverage, collect billing information, and support patients and families through the registration process, delivering the first impression of compassionate, efficient care.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Patient Access
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and insurance verification
• Experience with third-party billing

Responsabilités

• Registers patients for hospital services accurately and efficiently.
• Gathers and processes registration, billing and related information from patients.
• Verifies insurance coverage and benefits and communicates with patients.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
