Foxfire Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Evening Cleaner to join our team for part-time shifts at a commercial office environment in the Gilford, NH area.

The role focuses on keeping facilities clean and safe, with responsibilities including trash removal, dusting, restocking supplies, and general cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to read simple instructions, perform basic arithmetic as needed, and work well with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, and memos
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic operations using basic units

Responsibilities

• Trash removal
• Dusting
• Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms and coffee centers using company-approved products
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Washing of windows, glass doors and mirrors
• Securing account at end of shift (alarms/locks/lights)
• Promotes and supports Foxfire’s company policies and procedures
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
• Replacing light bulbs
• Works with other departments
• Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete
• Participates in ongoing education and training
• Other duties as assigned
