Facilitech is seeking a part-time Evening Cleaner to service commercial office buildings in the Gilford, NH area. Established over 20 years ago, Facilitech prides itself on quality and customer focus, with a team-driven culture and a commitment to doing the job right.

Responsibilities include trash removal, dusting, restocking supplies, floor care, window cleaning, and securing the account at shift end. No prior experience required; applicants must pass standard pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education is required.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and understand safety rules.
• Basic math for weights, volumes, money and distance.

Responsibilities

• Trash removal
• Dusting
• Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms and coffee centers using Company approved products
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Washing of windows, glass doors and mirrors
• Securing account at end of shift (alarms/locks/lights)
• Promotes and supports Foxfire’s company policies and procedures
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
• Replacing light bulbs
• Works with other departments
• Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete
• Participates in ongoing education and training
• Other duties as assigned
