Job summary

The University of Tampa is seeking part-time instructors to teach undergraduate and/or graduate management courses in the Department of Management. Instructors will teach one or two courses per semester, typically in the evenings (6:00–9:50 pm), and develop syllabi aligned with the university mission.

Responsibilities include meeting with students, managing the LMS, and providing training as needed before the first semester. A graduate degree with 18 hours in relevant fields is required; a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree with 18 hours in Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Psychology from AACSB-accredited/top-ranked university.
• Ph.D. in the field is preferred.
• Five years of full-time professional experience in the last eight years preferred.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or two courses per semester.
• Create syllabus aligned with objectives and the college mission.
• Provide meeting time for students.
• Manage online LMS with training before first semester.
