Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) in York, PA seeks an independently licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our Lebanon office with a focus on couples, marriage, and family therapy. This part-time evening opportunity offers a private practice in a box with autonomy, strong referral support, and flexible caseload size within a large behavioral health system.

Candidates must hold a PA LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LSW, or Psychologist license, have about two years of outpatient experience,

Qualifications

• Current PA license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or Psychologist
• Master’s degree or higher in a Human Services field
• Approximately two years of outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Experience or strong interest in couples, marriage, and family therapy
• Ability to practice independently
• Availability for consistent evening appointments

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapeutic services with emphasis on couples, marriage, and family work
• Maintain regular evening appointment availability
• Provide individual therapy when clinically appropriate within the caseload
• Complete practice management responsibilities, including scheduling ongoing sessions and documenting for billing
• Coordinate care with other providers as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clients complete prompt payment of copays and deductibles through the patient portal
