ServiceMaster Building Maintenance Contracts, Inc. is seeking a part-time janitorial custodian for evening shifts in Chattanooga, TN. Starting pay rate is $12.00/hr. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check and perform general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and stocking supplies. Prior janitorial service is preferred.

Qualifications

• General cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and stocking supplies.
• Own reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior janitorial service experience preferred.
• Candidates should be responsible, reliable, honest, flexible and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming and stocking supplies.
• Maintain clean and orderly facilities in Chattanooga and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products appropriately.
• Be reliable and able to pass a background check.
