Job summary

ESS Clean, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Janitorial Associates for a facility in El Paso, Illinois. The positions offer Monday–Friday evening shifts with about 15–17.5 hours per week, and training provided if you lack prior cleaning experience.

You’ll work independently to keep offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces clean and ready for daily use, following site procedures and safety rules. Join a company committed to honest, service-oriented growth and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it isn't required—we'll train you!
• Availability Monday–Friday evenings
• Able to stay active and pay attention to details during the shift

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, break areas, common spaces, and other assigned areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean entry areas and interior glass as assigned
• Restock paper products and other supplies
• Follow site-specific cleaning and safety procedures
• Complete assigned cleaning responsibilities within your scheduled shift
• Communicate with your supervisor if you notice something that needs attention
