ESS Clean, Inc. is seeking a dependable Evening Cleaner for a client facility in Mattoon, Illinois. The role is part-time, one evening per week for approximately 4 hours, with training provided.

You will clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, handling trash, dusting, disinfection, and restocking while following site procedures. The position values reliability, attention to detail, and respectful, team-oriented conduct.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it isn’t required — we’ll train you.
• We’re looking for someone who can consistently commit to one evening each week.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.

• Communicates when they have a question or need assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down desks, counters, and other surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Restock paper products and other supplies.
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures.
• Communicate with your supervisor if you notice something that needs attention.
