Job summary

Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking experienced janitors/cleaners for part-time roles in Huntington, WV. Two positions are available: 4pm–8pm and 8pm–12am, each offering 20 hours per week.

Pay is $14.00 per hour. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean facility, cleaning floors and windows, waste disposal, and securing the building after shifts. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning supplies and standard cleaning equipment.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to Huntington is required. Driving between campus sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building safe, clean, impeccably maintained, and welcoming.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Wash internal, ground-floor windows.
• Empty trash receptacles and safely dispose of waste.
• Wipe up spills, address hazards quickly, and perform general cleaning duties as needed.
• Secure the facility by locking all doors once cleaning is finished.
