You will perform floor care, sanitation, waste removal, surface cleaning, and basic maintenance with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A high school diploma or GED is required, and reliable transportation is preferred for Charleston-area sites.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of regular cleaning tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Charleston.

Responsibilities

• Floor care: Sweep, mop hard surface floors, and vacuum carpeted areas daily.
• Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms to ensure high hygiene standards.
• Waste removal: Empty trash receptacles and replace can liners across the facility.
• Surface cleaning: Dust fixtures and furniture, and clean glass and windows as needed.
• General maintenance: Perform basic janitorial tasks to keep the building safe, clean, and well-maintained.
