Job summary

Vonachen Group in Wisconsin is seeking a General Cleaner for a part-time 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 5pm-8pm). You will perform cleaning tasks across facilities, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning to uphold high cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, have good communication, and can work with minimal supervision. The position pays $17/hour and offers benefits such as daily pay and 401(k) eligibility after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
