FedEx is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will provide accurate information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and sell FedEx services while performing administrative tasks that support station operations. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–9:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages over 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
