Job summary

PATIENT CENTERED SERVICES LLC in Henrico, VA is seeking a reliable Part-Time Evening Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–7:30 PM, for 10 hours per week, with paid on-the-job training and a pay rate of $14.00 per hour.

You will vacuum, mop, sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and report maintenance concerns, working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Professional and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and move routine cleaning supplies and materials

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpets and entry mats
• Sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors
• Dusting and wiping desks, furniture, and office surfaces
• Using microfiber or Swiffer-style tools to remove dust from floors and surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Cleaning breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Keeping entrances and other frequently used areas clean and presentable
• Reporting maintenance concerns, safety issues, or supply needs to management
• Following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines
