Responsibilities

• Assist in meal prep and portions according to menu and resident dietary requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace; clean equipment as needed.
• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and provide a positive dining experience.
