Trinity Homes - Minot, ND is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for evening shifts. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort under the supervision of nursing staff to ensure dignity and safety within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include observing resident changes, reporting to the nursing team, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with facility policies.

Formación

• Current North Dakota CNA certification required.
• Certification required.
• Clerical training is a plus.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required.
• Computer and keyboarding skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supports residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Observes and reports changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff promptly and accurately.
• Assists with restorative and mobility activities, including transfers, ambulation, and proper use of assistive devices.
• Documents care and related observations in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, including assisting with room upkeep and infection control practices.
• Provides emotional support and respectful communication to residents and families, contributing to a positive long term care experience.
