Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. You will support residents with daily living activities under the supervision of licensed staff, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and help deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements include a current CNA license in the state, BLS/CPR certification, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
