Job summary

Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking an Evening Facility Cleaner to support client facilities in Morgantown and Sabraton, WV.

The role offers a fixed 15-hour weekly schedule across three weekday evenings, with two sites to clean per shift. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, restroom sanitization, waste disposal, inventory reporting, and other duties to maintain clean, safe, and professional client facilities.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Owns dependable transportation and valid driver’s license if travel between sites is required.
• Good communication with team and supervisors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Floor care: sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas.
• Surface cleaning: dust fixtures and wipe surfaces, interior windows as needed.
• Restroom sanitization: clean, sanitize, and restock dispensers.
• Waste management: collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Inventory & reporting: monitor supplies and report maintenance or safety issues.
