Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness at a client facility in Charleston, WV. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and reliable transportation.

Schedule is Monday and Wednesday after 5:00pm, about 3 hours per week, with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, emptying trash, and keeping high-touch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Sanitize restrooms, replenish paper products, and restock soap dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean high-touch surfaces, glass, and entryways.
• Ensure the facility remains safe, tidy, and welcoming.
