Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time Busser at Blackwolf Run in Kohler, WI. The role entails bussing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Shifts occur weekday and weekend evenings, typically between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm, with hourly wages listed and tips included. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. The position is onsite with Kohler Co.’s benefits package and growth opportunities.

Busser responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and maintaining stock of glassware, dishes, and utensils.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards.
• Courteously escorting guests to tables.
• Maintaining positive guest relations.
• Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly.
• Assisting servers with food delivery.
• Keeping chairs and floors clear of debris.
• Assisting back of bar as needed.
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

This is a part-time casual position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience preferred by not required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $7.30 - $11.00 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
