Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a part-time Housekeeper Ambulatory Services at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. The role focuses on specialized cleaning to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including patient areas and restrooms, with a 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm schedule.

Ideal candidates may have prior housekeeping experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, and other items for cleaning.
• Cleans floors: sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming; carpet/upholstery spots.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm/disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
