Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information; verify patient identity.
• Explain registration steps and collect co-pays and payments.
• Assist with eligibility checks and referrals to Financial Counseling as needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records and support front-desk tasks.
