Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, is hiring a Part-Time Behavior Technician in Stuart, VA for 3p-7p, Monday–Friday. You will deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy, follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and document progress.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and at least six months in a health care setting, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus at least six months of prior work/volunteer experience providing instruction, preferably in a health care setting.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Carry out treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and data.
