Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, bathing, transportation, vital signs, and basic treatments, while ensuring a safe care environment and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with daily activities and direct patient care.
• Transports patients for consultations, treatments, and tests.
• Measures and records vital signs and provides basic treatments.
• Maintains safe care environment and performs rounds to meet patient needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
