• Control manual palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack finished products.
• Ensure product stacks are prepared and graded per quality specs.
• Prepare product stacks according to customer and Tyson quality specifications.
• Know approximate weights of product for orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
