Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a Package Handler to support main sortation, mail sortation, and audits. This position operates in an evening to early morning shift, with a 5-day workweek. Weekend work may be required to keep the operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring conveyors, labeling and packing items, scanning, building pallets, and assisting with loading. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, pass background checks, and demonstrate

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor and select packages for DDUs assigned to the Sorter.
• Physically move or transport the item to the packing area.
• Report any damages to packages to the supervisor.
• Ensure items are properly packed in crates or cartons according to procedures.
• Follow scanning process and accurately scan packages to pallets/gaylords.
• Place scanned packages on pallets/gaylords, stacking carefully.
• Assist Loading Personnel with loading and stacking pallets/gaylords on delivery vehicles.
• Place miss-sorted or unscannable packages in the designated bin.
• Use the scanner to audit the pallet/gaylord and rebuild if necessary.
• Take instructions from supervisor.
