Qualifications

• Prior sit-down counterbalance forklift experience required.
• Comfort using RF scan guns to track stock movements and verify order accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and work actively throughout shift.
• Strong attention to load stability, stacking patterns and inventory precision.
• Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality and reliable transportation within St. Charles County.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down counterbalance forklifts safely on warehouse and dock floors.
• Load and unload freight from trailers, containers and staging bays.
• Transport, stage, stack and organize palletized inventory across the facility.
• Use handheld RF scanners to log inventory and verify shipment manifests.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and verify counts against load sheets.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work area.
