Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Staff Nurse for the General Medical/Surgical unit. This full-time role involves a 36-hour work week with a 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift, including every third weekend and holiday track.

The Staff Nurse will deliver compassionate nursing care, develop and evaluate care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree is highest, must pursue BSN within five years.
• RN Diploma holders must meet IRN requirements if start date was before Sept 1, 2021.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.
