Endeavor Health is hiring a Staff Nurse for the General Medical/Surgical Unit in Elmhurst, IL. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and every third weekend/holiday track.

The Staff Nurse will provide safe, compassionate care, work with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure quality patient outcomes across diverse populations. Minimum nursing education and IL RN licensure are required, plus AHA CPR certification.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher; if only ADN, BSN within five years of start date
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure is required
• Current CPR Certification (AHA) required

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
