Avenues Recovery Center in Cambridge, MD is actively seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening and overnight shifts. Join a structured medical environment focused on safe, patient-centered recovery and strong teamwork.

You will provide quality care across admission, treatment, and discharge, coordinate medications, maintain logs, and educate clients. Current RN/LPN licensure in-state or compact with multi-state privileges is required; one year

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in-state, or compact with multi-state privileges.
• Minimum one year diploma program post-high school.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask.
• Compassionate, dignified character reflecting recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs.
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client.
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings.
