Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience is required.
- Current license/registration/certification is required.
- New grads welcome to apply.
Responsabilités
- Provides safe resident care, following established standards and policies.
- Participates in quality improvement for resident care.
- Addresses age-specific needs and care procedures.
- Communicates resident information and plans of care during shifts and transfers.
- Administers medications according to the five rights and documents them.
- Performs treatments using sterile or clean techniques.
- Administers external feedings as needed.
- Completes resident care activities within scheduled shifts.
- Cooperates with reassignments to support resident care.
- Reports resident care problems and solutions to nursing management.
- Delegates care tasks to appropriate personnel.
