Job summary

Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides for the Castle Shannon, PA area. Full-time positions with evening and overnight shifts offer 3:00pm–11:00pm and 11:00pm–7:00am options, plus flexible scheduling for part-time work.

No experience is required as paid training is provided, and experienced home health aides are welcome to apply. Lifesteps supports adults with disabilities in a residential home setting, with extensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required

Responsibilities

• Assist adult individuals with daily living skills and home care, including cooking, cleaning, shopping and personal care assistance.
• Assist with medication administration and help clients achieve personal goals.
• Support residents in a residential home setting in Castle Shannon, PA.
• This role follows evening and overnight shifts with part-time options available.
