Job summary

Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides to support adults with disabilities in a residential home in Beaver Falls, PA. The Lifesteps caregiving team offers meaningful, community-based work in a trusted local setting.

Full-time regular hours are available with evenings 3 pm–11 pm or overnight 11 pm–7 am; part-time shifts are also offered with flexible scheduling. No experience is needed; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community Outings and fun activities
• Individual goal attainment assistance
