Senior Helpers of SWVA in Lebanon, VA is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes and local facilities. If you have experience in assisted living or home care, you could join a team committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement, with pay ranging from $15 to $16 per hour. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living or nursing assistance is a plus.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance with good driving record.
• Caring, compassionate and able to communicate with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional personal care and/or companion care to clients in the community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living as assigned.
• Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal prep and tidying.
