Evening Adult Outpatient Therapist (Part-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality care in our evening programs. This role involves working with adults in a supportive, structured outpatient setting.

Schedule

• Evening hours, approximately 3pm–7pm
• Flexibility to meet client and program needs
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adult clients
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Evaluate emotional and behavioral needs to ensure effective, person-centered treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards
• Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, and team members
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress and recovery
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field required and completion of a clinical based internship
• Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Pennsylvania preferred (pre-licensed candidates considered)
• Experience: Prior experience working with adults in a mental health or co-occurring treatment setting preferred
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
