Job summary

Del Amo Hospital Inc. is seeking a full-time, onsite Clinical Social Worker for evening adult intensive outpatient services at our Carson Outpatient Facility.

You will deliver psychosocial assessments, develop interdisciplinary treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy for adults, adolescents, and children with psychiatric and dual diagnosis concerns. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work and California licensure (LCSW/MFT) or eligibility; certified addiction counselor

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Certified addiction counselor preferred.
• California BBS licensure as LCSW/MFT or registered associate preferred; licensure required for PHP/OP outpatient services.
• Experience in psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in a psychiatric outpatient setting.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop interdisciplinary treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Execute discharge and aftercare planning.
• Provide in person and/or virtual programming as needed.
