Job summary

Capital Electric in Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to drive end-to-end logistics. You will supervise packaging, staging, loading, and material movement to ensure accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Capability to operate forklifts safely and follow SOPs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good reading, writing and arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics: manage product journey from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Oversee all incoming/outgoing logistics, upholding speed and accuracy.
• Lead and coach warehouse associates in daily tasks: packaging, staging, loading.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace following SOPs and OSHA rules.
• Operate powered industrial trucks to optimize warehouse flow.
