Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass a NON-DOT physical examination.
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug screen. A negative result is required.
• Must be able to read and write English and perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must consent to a ten-year check on work history with explanations for gaps of 30 days or more.
• You will be an at-will employee.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight according to DOT requirements, by hand or with hand truck/dolly.
• Read shipping labels and follow loading instructions accurately.
• Sort and secure items on trucks or dock to prevent damage.
• Use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and tow motors as needed.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct and comply with regulations.
