Job summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking an Order Builder in San Juan Bautista, CA. The role involves preparing customer orders for delivery in a refrigerated warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and efficient staging for loading onto delivery trucks.

You will build orders per pick tickets and WMS directives, maintain high accuracy, and comply with safety standards. The PM shift is non-seasonal, with a starting wage of $19.25 per hour and opportunities for performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Must work in a refrigerated environment (35–45°F).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Proficiency in basic English communication, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; consistent attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Build customer orders for delivery per pick tickets and WMS directives.
• Maintain a minimum of 150 boxes per hour in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Prepare orders for loading, wrap pallets, and stage on the loading dock per WMS sequences.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and product condition.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, radio) safely and according to procedures.
